To register your project, please complete the information in the form below. We will then contact you to confirm the details and help you with the next steps. If this is your first project, you will be asked to agree to our standard terms and conditions.

You will need to appoint an LHA Registered Assessor to complete the assessment for you. LHA Registered Assessors are independent consultants who have been trained to assess projects against the Livable Housing Design Guidelines. If you don’t know any of the Registered Assessors in our database, you could start by selecting a few in a location close to your project and ask for a fee proposal to undertake your assessment.

Your Registered Assessor will conduct the assessment using our online assessment portal. You can conduct a self-assessment if you would like to see how the system works. Only Registered Assessors can submit assessments for official certification by LHA.
